Came on DOUBLE POINTS Day and it was another near-fiasco. Tried, initially, to order Rapid Pickup using the app. The app was problematic because it showed item I wanted as Out of Stock but the final blow was my payment could not be processed on Double Points Day. Suspicious, to say the least. It is a conspiracy, I believe, to try to prevent customers from taking advantage of DOUBLE POINTS Day. Stated another way, this is a cruel trick Panera is playing on customers.
Drive to Panera, after that fiasco, to order in person. While there I see that item I wanted actually is in stock. I order it and the first thing I'm told is "we don't have that" while I'm standing there looking at the actual Souffle breakfast item on display right next to the right shoulder of the Cashier, Gloria (receipt said her name is Gloria). She, too, eventually sees it is IN STOCK and changes her tune to, "They put it back." To me, that begs the question of why this breakfast item was "removed" to begin with. Again, very suspicious.
As much as I try to avoid coming in to order in person here, when I do so I have fun waiting for how they NEVER say thank you. I actually like it now because I predict- every time- that I won't be thanked and then when I am NOT thanked for my business I am a little happy, at least, that my prediction was correct. In sum, Gloria did NOT thank me.
At my table I call Customer Care of Panera Corporate to mention the problem I had with the app on Double Points promo weekend when trying to order Rapid P/U and the following 2 things happened: 1.) Customer Care rep had never heard of this promotion and was unfamiliar with it ... a bad omen, and, 2.) The Customer Care rep, a female, started blaming my credit card and saying "when that happens the credit card is usually declined" and proceeded to get in a shouting match with me on the phone shouting over me when I tried to speak. At the very least Panera Customer Care agents should be familiar with their own promotions.
I called in hopes that the app (falsely showing breakfast Souffles out of stock; not processing my payment for Rapid P/U on Day 1 of Double Points weekend) could be corrected in time for Day 2 of Double Points weekend. I had told her (Customer Care Rep @ Panera Corporate) that this is a nationwide Panera Promotion that coincides with the start of football season.
Strangely, while this particular Coral Springs store isn't really worthy of 3 stars I hereby give it the 3 stars for not ruining my prediction that I would not be thanked. -

My food was good, had a caprese sandwich and cup of broccoli cheese soup. I asked about the caprese and the cashier was able to easily tell me what was on it.
My complaint is that the cashier was emptying the garbage and then took my order and put my baked item in the bag all without washing her hands. I know that has to be a health violation and it's disgusting.
She helped one other person before me all without washing her hands. -

Breakfast at Panera is a rip off! I paid 10 dollars for two items and I'm left still as hungry as I was when I ordered the maple, bacon, egg, & minimal cheese wrap & a hot latte.
The wrap is advertised as maple bacon but it was half a slice of regular bacon with maple syrup dumped on the sandwich. I think there was cheese but i can't be certain.
Now the 5 dollar hot cafe latte, half was missing. I got 8 ounces of coffee in a 16 ounce cup and was naïve enough to pay the 5 dollars for it. I absolutely have no problem paying 5 dollars for a latte when the quantity & quality match up. At the most, 8 ounces of coffee should be 3 dollars.
I did have to wait a little bit to be acknowledged by the two people at the register that were not helping anybody else, they were polite, I didn't feel like a waited too long for my over priced underwhelming breakfast, the person that handed over my basically empty bag was also polite, and the restaurant seemed clean.
I've been numerous times for lunch at this location & the lunch is definitely worth the price & delicious. Stick to lunch when coming here. The quality of food at dunkin is just the same for breakfast & half the price. -

It's pretty busy here in Coral Springs, as they share space with Doris Market, Michael's, and buybuyBABY, to name a few. Having some shopping and errands to run, we stopped by to get a bite. I ordered my favorite from the Pick Two: The Chipotle Chicken Avocado Panini and a bowl of 10-vegetable soup. My daughter got her usual creamy white sauce Mac & Cheese.
On this visit, they confused our order with another customer's whom they had just refunded. But the MOD took care of us with professionalism and poise. Michael also came to our table in the end to pick everything up for us. It was a hiccup turned excellence in customer care.
Our delicious meals were prepared and served to Panera Pre-Easter Perfection and we will not be deterred in continuing to patronize this store! -

The Panera in Coral Springs on University Drive is my least favorite Panera location in South Florida.
I prefer the location on 441 and wiles to this location. For some reason this location never gets the order right and if they do somehow the food is always made incorrectly.
Now the reason for these issues could be new employees or the fact that the employees aren't trained right.
One time they forgot to put tuna in the tuna salad. Driving back is usually not an option when you sit down to eat and I never eat at the restaurant.
Besides the negatives Panera is a solid brand. This location is the only one I have faced problems at.
4 stars for Panera bread. Not many for this location.
